SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

Orders are fulfilled and shipped from our U.S. fulfillment location.

We currently offer free shipping on all orders. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Our order cutoff time is 18:00 GMT. Orders placed after this cutoff time may be processed on the next business day.

Estimated shipping time is 3–10 business days after the order has been processed. Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, holidays, incorrect shipping information, or other circumstances outside our control.

We use carriers such as USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Tracking information will be provided when available.

SECTION 8 - RETURNS, EXCHANGES, AND REFUNDS

We offer a 30-day return policy for new and slightly used items.

Returns for defective and non-defective items are accepted, but items must be returned in original packaging. Exchanges are accepted, but items must be returned in original packaging.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send the item back without contacting us first. Return address will be provided after approval via email. Unauthorized returns may not be accepted.

Return and exchange requests are generally processed within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

After we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 3 business days.

For damaged or defective items, please contact us within 72 hours of receiving your order and provide photos or videos so we can review the issue.
